Objektive of the thesis: The objective of this study is to get an overview of soldiers activities of the reconnaissance platoon of HQ company of 41st mechanized battalion, located in Ţatec. To try to confirm or refute the results of my bachelor thesis, in which I found out, that soldier in reconnaissance position needs mainly endurance for his work. Methods: Main used method is the analysis time frame and creation of characteristics of the given possition in the AČR. I will conduct by standardized tests for testing of motor skills. Results: Think out tests, that best reflect the activities of soldiers of reconnaissance platoon and to determine their level of motor skills. Setting the limits of tests of physical training for selection of candidates for the reconnaissance platoon. New employee adaptation in a banking institution

(in English): The topic of the thesis is submitted, as an adaptation of a new employee in the organization. Introducing the topic within its complexity, showing his particular aspects of psychophysiology, mainly psychological resilience, and the influence to stress. Works on maps of the current possibilities and knowledge relating to the adaptation of the work. Specific attention is applied to the adaptation of the organizational culture. Aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to analyze employee orientation program of the specific banking company, its organizational culture and the specific position to organize the adjusting options, further improvements to the existing program. To this end, we have used variety of wide methods, mainly the qualitative nature of its character.
The design of the training programme for field social workers in excluded localities

The thesis "The construction of an educational program for field social workers in excluded areas" focuses in its topic on one of the social work approach - field social work. It addresses the field social work performed in the areas in the Usti region which are labelled as "socially excluded Roma areas" and primarily addresses the personality of social worker and his or her professional competencies. The aim of the thesis is a construction of an educational program reflecting knowledge, skills and competencies needed for effective and high quality professional performance. I based this topic on knowledge from the field social work, work with ethnic minority approaches and andragogy. I also included topic of Roma people focused on specific needs of Roma arising from their history, culture and tradition. I also mention recent situation in social exclusion of Roma people in the Czech Republic. I analyze the knowledge, summarize it and strive to make a comprehensive view on this specific category of social work. I use a professiography - a method of systematic collecting of knowledge about profession to ensure that the educational program reflects not only the needs of target group but also the needs of field social workers. Job Profile Diagrams of Personal Assistant / Consultant to Person with Mental Disability as the Basis for Training Programs

The aim of this thesis was to compare two positions in one particular organization with the help of an analytical job diagram that has characterized these posts in depth and structure, and to define the requirements and demands on both positions in turn summarizing information useful in the context of training programs or finding suitable staff for these positions . The thesis is focused on a detailed analysis of the activities of a personal assistant and consultant , including claims of mental and physical disabilities. The theoretical part deals with the subject of mental disability in general with emphasis on specific education and communication, that are key to promoting independent and complacent people with intellectual disabilities in everyday life. Furthermore, the theoretical part provides basic information about the above-mentioned organization and the methods they use when dealing with these issues, the final output of which is shown in the job diagram for a particular profession. Bachelor thesis "Professiogram as the basis for the creation of methodologies for social workers in health care when working with chronically ill children" deals with the capture file professional activities, requirements and conditions of health and social worker, from which can be deduced further demands on the professionalism of personality worker and the eventual design methodologies. The theoretical part deals with the issue of chronic disease in children, including its impact on the daily life of the child, and social work in health care and the efficiency of the health status of the client that influence disease got into a difficult situation. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop professiogram as the basis for further training of social workers in low- threshold centers for drug addicts. Bachelor thesis maps the workload of social workers in low threshold centers for drug addicts, in especially ordinary activities, their frequency, level of stress, challenging situations, their frequency. Find out what requirements are imposed on a worker within the meaning of mental and physical endurance, what the demands placed on teamwork, cooperation with other organizations, qualification and knowledge successful completion of the profession, the need for support staff in the exercise of their profession and continuing education, etc. Based on the information is drawn professiogram social worker in the low threshold center for drug users. The bachelor thesis "Professiogram as the basis for creation of methodologies for social workers of Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD) in the field of foster care" is focused on an analysis of work activities of social workers of municipal authorities of municipalities with extended competence, using an analytical professiogram. The objective of the thesis is to develop a proposal of a unified methodology for the process of mediation of foster car arranged by a social worker. The theoretical part explains the foster care system in the Czech Republic and describes needs of both target groups that are supposed to be accomplished by activities of the social worker. The foster care system is perceived as an institute aiming to ensure welfare and benefits for children in conformity with the theory of attachment. The practical part concentrates on creation of a professiogram of a social worker, based on a survey and working day activities schedule along with analysis of various documents and interviews with representatives of superior authorities.
